“My absolute passion is to bring skiing and other educational travel opportunities to school children. The experience of fusing sport with culture, fun and travel will always remain with them, as it has with me since my first skiing trip with school many moons ago.”
Before graduating from Cardiff University as a teacher in the early 90s, Catherine had already completed three years working in ski resorts in Austria, France, Switzerland and Italy. After a few years teaching, the call of the mountains became impossible to resist and she returned to work in the Alps and in the UK. For 20 years, Catherine held the position of Director of Operations for a number of school skiing companies and has built up considerable knowledge of ski resorts around the world. During this time, Catherine also completed her MBA. Her experience in the complex areas of overseas operational logistics is considerable and her total focus is on delivering excellence.
In 2015 Catherine celebrated 25 years in the ski and educational travel business.
Resort & Tour Managers
All of e3’s resort and tour managers are experienced in managing school groups. Over the years, Catherine Lewis has worked with many of them personally and has chosen them for their dedication, personality, experience and excellent customer service.

Strong relationships between businesses and their partners are vital to the success of any company. e3 has developed these partnerships in an atmosphere of mutual respect and with an understanding of our specialist requirements as a professional and responsible company.
